On Screen Vol. 17 No. 1, Inaugural Issue. Our short film contest starts August 30, 2007 and follows the music in film theme. Topic is “communication breakdown.” All submissions must include original music and at least one musician character. Deadline for submissions is November 2, 2007. No fee to enter.
